You want a real business. On paper. Done right. This is step one.

An LLC protects your personal stuff — your savings, your car, your house — from anything that goes wrong in your business. It also makes you look legit to banks, clients, and vendors. Without it, you're just a person with an idea.

We handle the filing. You focus on building.

What's Included:

Business Name Availability Check
We search your state's database to make sure your name is available before we file. No rejections. No wasted time.

Articles of Organization
The official document that creates your LLC. We prepare it and file it with your state — correctly, the first time.

State Filing Fees Included
The price you see is the price you pay. State fees are built in. No surprise charges at checkout.

LLC Startup Checklist
Once your LLC is filed, what's next? We give you a clear checklist so you know exactly what to do — open your business bank account, get your EIN, set up your operating agreement.

Expert Filing Assistance
You're not doing this alone. We walk you through the process and make sure everything is handled right.

Pricing varies by state — select your state above to see your exact price. State filing fees are always included. No add-ons. No surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are state filing fees included in the price?
Yes. The price you see when you select your state already includes the state filing fee. No surprise charges at checkout. What you pay is what you pay. That's it.

What do I need to provide to get started?
After your purchase is complete we send you an intake form. It collects everything we need — your business name, owner name, registered agent information, business address or virtual address if you have one, and the personal information required for your EIN filing including the last four digits of your Social Security Number. We never ask for your full Social at this stage.

How long does it take to get my LLC approved?
We start your filing the moment your completed intake form comes in. State processing times vary. Most clients get their approved documents back within 7–21 business days.

What happens after my LLC is approved?
We email you everything — your approved Articles of Organization and all official documents that came back from the state. From there we walk you through what's next. Opening your business bank account. Getting your operating agreement in place if it's part of your package. Whatever you need to start operating legally and with confidence.

Do I need a registered agent?
Yes. Every LLC in every state is required by law to have a registered agent — someone who receives official legal and government documents on behalf of your business. We help you get that set up as part of your filing.

What's the difference between the three packages?
Essential covers the core — name availability check, Articles of Organization, and state fees. First Class adds your EIN and Operating Agreement so you can open a business bank account right away. Executive is the full build. Everything in First Class plus a Compliance Calendar, annual filing reminders, and a professional corporate binder shipped directly to you.
